House Rules for Trip Attendees
1. Respect for the Property
Treat the rental property with care and respect, as if it were your own. Please avoid causing any damage to furniture, appliances, or other items in the house. Report any accidental damage immediately to the trip organizers.
2. Quiet Hours
To respect neighbors and fellow attendees, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas, to ensure a restful environment for everyone.
3. Cleanliness and Tidiness
Each attendee is responsible for keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. Please wash any dishes after use, pick up personal items, and help maintain a clean environment. Trash should be disposed of in designated bins, and any recycling should be separated as instructed.
4. Sleeping Arrangements
Respect the assigned sleeping arrangements and do not move furniture or beds without prior approval from the organizers. If you have any special needs or concerns regarding accommodations, please notify the organizers as soon as possible.
5. Shared Bathrooms
If the property has shared bathrooms, please be mindful of other attendees. Limit your time in the bathroom, leave it clean after each use, and avoid leaving personal items in shared spaces to keep things organized for everyone.
6. Kitchen Use
Feel free to use the kitchen but clean up after each use. Make sure to label any personal food items, and if cooking for the group, communicate your plans with the other attendees. Respect communal food and supplies, and contribute to group meals as agreed.
7. Alcohol and Smoking
If permitted, consume alcohol responsibly and be considerate of others. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas; please do not smoke indoors. Dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep the outdoor space tidy.
8. Personal Belongings
Keep track of your personal belongings and avoid leaving items in communal areas. The organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, so please secure your valuables.
9. Guests and Visitors
Only confirmed trip attendees are allowed on the property. Outside guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the organizers to maintain security and respect the property’s occupancy limits.
10. Adherence to Check-In and Check-Out Times
Please follow the scheduled check-in and check-out times, as these are set by the property management. If you need flexibility, communicate with the organizers ahead of time, but note that late check-out may not be possible.
11. Emergency Procedures
Familiarize yourself with emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid supplies. In case of emergency, follow safety protocols and alert the organizers immediately. Everyone’s safety is a priority.
12. Respect for Fellow Attendees
Be considerate of others’ space, time, and needs. Keep open lines of communication with fellow attendees and the organizers, and be respectful to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
13. Compliance with Local Rules and Regulations
Please follow all house rules, as well as any local laws and regulations. Any behavior that jeopardizes the group’s rental agreement or disrupts the neighborhood may result in removal from the property without a refund.
14. Consequences for Rule Violations
Failure to follow these house rules may lead to warnings or, in severe cases, removal from the property without a refund. This is to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all attendees.
15. Agreement to Rules
By attending this trip, you agree to abide by these House Rules in full. If you have any questions or need clarification, please speak with the organizers.
These rules are designed to create a respectful, organized, and enjoyable environment for everyone on the trip.
